About the conference
The Kairaly Neurosciences Society (NSI Kerala Chapter) & Neurological Society of Thrissur is proud to present its annual conference, KUDAMAATTAM 2024, taking place between February 16th to 18th, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency in Thrissur, Kerala, India. This event promises a vibrant exchange of knowledge and advancements in the field of neurosciences.
Under the tagline "Synaptic exchange of knowledge," KUDAMAATTAM 2024 will bring together leading neurologists, neurosurgeons, researchers, and students for a stimulating program of presentations, workshops, and discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from renowned experts, share their own research, and network with colleagues from across the region.

Prior to the main conference, a MICRONEURO-VASCULAR WORKSHOP will be conducted on the 16th of February at the Medical College, Thrissur. This workshop will provide valuable hands-on training for those interested in this specialized field.

The Kairaly Neurosciences Society of Kerala is dedicated to advancing our state's neurosciences, and with its combined efforts, it has become one of the premier neuroscientific societies in the country. Last year's MALABAR Neurocon 2023 at Wayanadu was a huge success, with excellent participation from national and international delegates.
With immense pleasure, I invite you to the Kudamaattam 2024-Annual Conference of KNS to be held in the cultural capital city of Thrissivaperur. It will take place from February 16th to 18th, 2024. This will be an actual state-of-the-art conference with pre-conference workshops, lectures and demonstrations from highly acclaimed experts in the field of neuroscience. The pre-conference workshops will enhance the hands-on experience for young and interested scholars.
Thrissur is famous along with Guruvayoor temple, St. Thomas Church, Palayoor (the first Christian Church of India), and Cheraman Juma Masjid( the first Mosque of India) as the golden triangle with the famous Shiva temple Vadakkumnathan forming its magnetic centre. The city is renowned for Thrissur Pooram, initiated by the famous ruler Sakthan Thamburaan. The city is also known for its ancient heritage, trade and holy places for all communities.

Abstracts centre shall be open on 15th of December 2023 and shall close on 15TH January 2024. All submissions will be made electronically only through the Kudamaattam 2024 website- (www.kudamaattam2024.com). Only registered delegates will get the opportunity to present the posters or paper. Non-KNS members will not be considered for paper/poster presentation. All abstracts must be submitted in the prescribed format mentioned on the website. Abstracts not following these guidelines will be rejected.
Abstracts can be submitted for platform presentation or posters. The presenter can submit them for award papers (if eligible) or free papers and should specify the sub category:
